USA GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY: You don't have to give us a reason if you are not satisfied with our products, you just need to put them in the mail no later than 7 days after you receive them. Be sure to put a copy of the packing slip or identification so we know who it's from. You will receive a full refund for the unused portion of your order (less shipping and handling) as long as the postmark is within 7 days of when you received them. We will check your return to make sure there are no damaged items. Refund will be issued after inspection (less s&h). We don't refund items that are damaged during the return shipment so please use the same care in sending them back to us as we did shipping them to you.
REPORTING DAMAGED PRODUCT: If your order was damaged during original shipping we will provide a replacement order at no charge after receiving the damaged order back.
